These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the WiFiCCTVPro website and the provision of WiFi networking, CCTV, surveillance, installation, configuration and related services. By requesting our services or confirming an installation, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms.
General Terms
WiFiCCTVPro provides WiFi networking, CCTV surveillance, networking, installation, configuration and related technology services.
All services are subject to site conditions, technical feasibility, equipment availability and the requirements agreed with the customer.
Services
Our services may include:
- WiFi network planning and installation
- WiFi access point installation
- Router and switch configuration
- CCTV camera installation
- DVR/NVR configuration
- Network infrastructure planning
- Access control and related networking requirements
- Maintenance and technical support
Site Visit & Survey Charges
A new site survey / visit charge of ₹500/- per visit may apply.
The site visit charge is applicable towards petrol, travel expenses and technician/site survey charges.
The site visit may include:
- Site inspection and requirement assessment
- WiFi access point location identification
- CCTV camera point identification
- Network rack / NVR / PoE switch location planning
- Basic cable route and installation planning
- Discussion of required equipment and installation requirements
Quotations & Pricing
Quotations are prepared based on the information and requirements available at the time of quotation.
- Pricing may change if the scope of work changes.
- Additional materials may be charged separately.
- Additional cabling may be charged based on actual requirement.
- Custom installation requirements may require a revised quotation.
- Taxes, where applicable, may be charged separately.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be communicated and agreed upon before commencement of the applicable work.
- Advance payment may be required for selected services or equipment.
- Balance payment shall be made according to the agreed payment schedule.
- Equipment procurement may require payment before ordering.
- Delays in payment may affect the installation schedule.
Installation
Installation work will be carried out based on the approved scope and actual site conditions.
- Customer shall provide reasonable access to the installation area.
- Required electrical power and suitable installation access should be available where applicable.
- Additional work outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
- Installation timelines may depend on equipment availability and site readiness.
Equipment & Products
Product availability, specifications and pricing may change based on manufacturer availability and market conditions.
Product warranties, where applicable, are subject to the respective manufacturer's warranty terms.
Support & Maintenance
Support availability depends on the selected package or service agreement.
Support may include troubleshooting, configuration assistance and basic technical guidance.
Hardware replacement, additional installation work, cabling and other services outside the agreed support scope may be charged separately.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Customers are requested to inform WiFiCCTVPro as early as possible if an appointment needs to be cancelled or rescheduled.
Charges already incurred for travel, procurement, special-order equipment or completed work may not be refundable.
Any refund or adjustment will depend on the specific service, order status and mutually agreed terms.
Limitation of Liability
WiFiCCTVPro will make reasonable efforts to provide services professionally and according to the agreed scope.
Network performance and surveillance availability can also depend on factors outside our direct control, including internet service provider outages, electrical failures, third-party equipment, environmental conditions and manufacturer-related issues.
Privacy & Customer Information
Information provided by customers may be used for quotation, communication, installation, service delivery, invoicing and support purposes.
Customer information will be handled in accordance with the applicable privacy practices of WiFiCCTVPro.
